Hi there ! My name is Brittany Gunn. I was fortunate to serve my state as Miss Rodeo Iowa 20-21. I’m a first generation cowgirl. I understand the importance of hard work, determination and resilience it takes to not only prepare for a rodeo queen pageant, but to hold a title as well. I want to not only give back to an industry that has shaped me into who I am, but also inspire girls they can do anything they set their mind to. To always follow their dreams.

A little bit about me: I’m an Iowa native but now set my roots in Casper, Wyoming. I’m an editor at the Wyoming Livestock Roundup – the weekly news source for Wyoming’s ranchers, farmers and agribusiness community. In my spare time I do beadwork for my business, BDreamin Leather. You can find me on Facebook and Instagram.

Win, lose or draw – I want girls to know it’s okay to step out of their comfort zones, because the skills one can learn will go beyond the crown.

Queen titles I’ve held:

2013 Greene Co. Fair Queen, 2013 Greene Co. Cowgirl Queen, 2015 Greene Co. FFA Cowgirl Queen, 2017 Jasper Co. Pony Express Sr. Queen, 2018 Marion Co. Pony Express Sr. Queen, Pony Express DD Rodeo Queen 2018-2019, Miss Rodeo Iowa 20-21, Pony Express Riders of Iowa Queen 2022.

National Pageants I’ve competed in:

Miss Rodeo America 2022

Miss Rodeo USA
